I spent two decades teaching fitness, yet by my late thirties my own body was falling apart. Weight climbed, muscle vanished, and bone deep fatigue made everyday tasks feel impossible. Doctor visits, stricter diets, and harder workouts only pushed me further into metabolic dysfunction and relentless burnout.


In 2019 I hit rock bottom—overweight, inflamed, and barely able to get through the day. Then I discovered the missing link: my nervous system was stuck in constant fight or flight. I began pairing short strength bursts with deliberate recovery, metabolic pumps, and cold water therapy. Forty pounds of inflammation melted away, muscle returned, and energy surged.
